I’d like to Congratulate Steve Welsh as the winner of the Team Member of The Mom (TMOM). Steve has been instrumental helping our centralized estimating department by decreasing the turnaround time for estimates by actively listening to and communicating with the project managers in the field. This helps close more jobs and get the customer back to normal much faster. This effort has won us more business from adjusters, who are evaluated by their supervisors on how fast they can close a claim. I especially appreciate Steve’s character as he has shown great humility by asking for help when he needs it and being dependable to his team by getting things done on time.
