This month (tomorrow to be exact) marks 6 years that Dale Troxell has been restoring lives and property with us here at Mammoth Restoration. If you spend any time in our contents division, it’s immediately evident that Dale’s team has a tremendous amount of respect for him. Dale brings a wealth of restoration knowledge to the team and quick-witted humor that brightens the day of anyone working around him. We are so thankful for Dale’s hard work and dedication over the years and wanted to highlight him for everything he’s done.
Take some time and learn a little bit more about Dale in our first-ever “Team Member Spotlight.”

How long have you been a part of the Mammoth Team?
Six years
Who’s your favorite team member to work with and why?
That is like picking your favorite child. I like working with anyone who stays on task, laughs at my jokes, and hustles.
The Mammoth Team is a pretty “competitive bunch” If you could see two team members battle it out, who would they be and what would they be competing in?
Me vs. any Mammoth Team Member in a 3-Point Shooting Contest or me vs. any Mammoth Team Member in an Opera Trivia Contest.
What’s the most rewarding part about working for Mammoth Restoration?
Everyone at Mammoth has the opportunity to grow: personally, professionally, and spiritually.
What’s something you’re looking to accomplish or do in the next year? — (Personally and Professionally)
Professionally, I want to have the Contents Team become more efficient using a lean philosophy and get more done in less time. Personally, I’d like to get to an out-of-state Major League baseball game with my daughter or see a Mozart performance at The Met. with her.
What’s your favorite song of All Time?
Again, that’s like picking your favorite child. Some that I like are: “Ecstacy of Gold.” by Ennio Morricone; “Witchita Lineman.” by Glenn Campbell; Anything written by Bernie Taupin and Hal David.
The Contents Division shares a quote every morning — what’s your favorite all-time quote?
Those who wait upon the Lord will renew their strength.
They shall mount up with wings like eagles.
They shall run and not be weary.
They shall walk and not be faint.
Isaiah 40:31
What’s the top thing on your bucket list?
I prefer not to have a bucket list. There is absolutely nothing that I could ever put on a list to have a full-filled and complete life. I would like to tour Vienna for a couple of weeks, but it wouldn’t be tragic if I never made it there.
What’s one reason why someone should consider working for Mammoth?
Mammoth is the only place I know where you can go through a self-improvement plan and get paid for it.
Any Thank You’s and Shoutouts?
I need to thank my coach Michael “Turk” Bevilacqua for helping me improve my habits and having my back. I am also giving a shout-out to the entire Contents Team (Justin Rupert, Jake Haun, Amanda Peters, Nataile Ciuta, Travis Giedroc, Danielle Englert, Tymel Harvey, Joshua Hall, and Joseph Lowe) for the love, respect, and friendship they all have shown me.
If you’re interested in working at Mammoth Restoration we’re always looking for “A-Players.”
