With quite a few years of experience in the trades, Jody Lehman was brought in to join our growing team in our State College office. Her drive to learn the Mammoth process and drive customer satisfaction has been impossible to ignore. Jody made record time in completing the bronze level of her career pathing and has made it a goal to provide her team with fast and complete documentation on all jobs. We are super excited to see where Jody takes her talents as she grows her career here at Mammoth. It’s with great honor that we present Jody with our Team Member of the Month award for the month of November.

Congrats on winning Team Member of the Month for November 2018. How do you feel?
I feel grateful to work for a company that appreciates me.
What was your first job?
Seamstress, but I hated it so I went into construction.
What do you like most about your job at Mammoth?
Making the customers happy.
You accomplished Bronze Status in record time. What do you think about Mammoth’s career pathing program?
I think it’s awesome that I am in control of how fast I move up the statuses
What’s something you’re looking to accomplish or do in the next year? (Personally and Professionally)
Personally, I’d like to win the lottery but he doesn’t and professionally I would like to move up within our company
